HOW WILL WE CONSTRUCT AN EQUILATERAL TRIANGLE,IF WE HAVE ONLY THE ALTITUDE GIVEN AS 3.5cm?

In an equilateral triangle, if the length of side is A units (note that all the three sides are equal), then the length of the altitude is .
(Try and prove this result using pythagorus theorem in the right triangle formed by altitude.)
So, if altitude is given as 3.5 cm then the length of the side is A = (2 x 3.5)/(3)1/2 = 4.04145 cm.
