how we got "g"=9.8 m/sec2? please derive it ............

Let a body of mass m be placed on the surface of earth, where acceleration due to gravity is g.
Let F be the gravitational force of attraction between body and the earth.
where, G is universal gravitational constant,
M is earth's mass,
R is earth's radius.
From gravity pull, F=mg
