Answer : A rhombus is a parallelogram because it has two sets of opposite sides parallel. A parallelogram can have 4 congruent sides but it does not have to have them to be a parallelogram. Parallelograms are the biggest set and rhombuses are a subset of the parallelograms. All rhombuses are parallelograms but not all parallelograms are rhombuses
