Expert Answer:

For completing the syllabus in time, you need to be systematic, regular and revising continuously. Try to set a realistic target each day and complete it. Don't try to tackle everything at once. That will only be confusing. You can prepare a study timetable for each day or for the entire week.

Preparing notes is a very important part of your study. Once you start with a particular topic, keep on reading it again and again till it is completely understood. Now mark the key terms in the topic. Next write down the important points or summary points of the topic. If an easy figure or flow chart can be made for the topic, that should also be done along with the important points. As you cover each topic, write down all the possible doubts you have and get them clarified on topper or with your teacher.

By now you will have obtained a good clarity of the topic. The points that you have made will help you during revision the next day as well as during exam time.

Continuous revision of each topic the next day as well as every week is essential to consolidate and fix the topic in your mind.

Once each topic is finished, solve the questions on that topic from the NCERT book as well as from at least one refresher and even from topper site. This is essential for self-evaluation.
