Expert Answer:
In any scale there is a main scale and some sub divisions.
say in between two main scale divisions there is a difference of 1 Volts
and these two divisions are divided into 5 sub divisions then the least count will be the scale denoted by the smallest division.
i.e 1/5 = 0.2 V
