how to find the equation of a line
Asked by parteamruta | 18 Feb, 2019, 09:29: PM Expert Answer

Suppose you have two points (x1,y1) and (x2,y2)

Find the slope of the given points using the formula y2-y1 / x2-x1

then take any one point in the given two points

and find the equation by using the formula (y-y1) = m (x-x1) where y1 and x1 are the points and m is the slope.
