Conductivity of an electrolytic solution depends upon the number of ions.

The number of ions per unit volume decreases with an increase in dilution hence specific conductivity decreases.

But molar conductivity increases with dilution since it is the product of specific conductivity and volume. 

             Λm = k × V 


Since increase in volume is much more than decrease in specific conductivity.

Moreover on dilution interionic interactions decrease which further increases molar conductivity.
