Expert Answer:

1 arc second is equal to 1/60th of an arc minute and 1 arc minute is equal to 1/60th of 1 degree. Now, 360 degree = 2pi radians
Hence, 1 degree = 2pi/360 radians
Hence, 1 arc minute = 1/60* 2pi/360 = pi/10800 radians
Hence, 1 arc minute = 1/60*pi/10800 radians = pi/648000 radians = 4.84 * 10^-6 radians
