heat required to raise the temperture is given by,
ΔQ = msΔt
ΔQ = 0.5 x 0.033 x (100-20)
ΔQ = 0.5 x 0.033 x 80 = 1.32 kilocalorie
Thus,
ΔQ = 1.32 x 4184 = 5522.88 Joules
