how is non uniform motion different from non uniform speed??

You can say that non-uniform motion and nonuniform speed is same.

Speed of an object is non-uniform if it covers unequal distances in equal intervals of time.

Non-uniform motion: If an object covers unequal distances in equal intervals of time, then its motion is said to be non-uniform motion.
