When we take a = 1 in the equation 9a - 3b - 9 = 0, we get
(9 x 1) - 3b - 9 = 0
Now, 9 x 1 is 9
So, 9 - 3b - 9 = 0
9 - 9 - 3b = 0
But 9 - 9 = 0
So, 0 - 3b = 0
i.e. -3b = 0
Dividing both sides by -3
So, b = 0
