Chemical adsorption is more like a chemical reaction. It increases with increase in temperature at certain extent and then after that it decreases. Chemical adsorption involves the formation of chemical bonds between the adsorbate and adsorbent same as in chemical reaction. So when temperature increases the collision between molecules increases and facilitates the reaction.
