Expert Answer
Freedom to accept or reject the order made by other refers to freedom of each party to accept or reject the other party’s offer. On the other hand exchange at will refers to the parties’ willingness to enter in to transaction with each other on voluntary basis. These are two different conditions for any exchange to take place in the market.
