How does the concentrations of the solute and the solvent depend upon their dielelectric constant?

Expert Answer
Actually dielectric constant is related to the capacity of its conductivity of electricity for any material and depending on its value capacitors are selected.
Here in chemistry we are considering its polarity, so mostly it is taken so.
