how do we know whether the bond is ionic ,covalent or coordinate covalent?

Expert Answer:
If the combining atom transfer electrons for the formation of molecule the bond is ionic bond and if the atoms share electrons they form covalent bond and if only one atom share its electron in a molecule it form coordinate bond.
