how do the majoe nutrients in chappatis eaten by us in our food get digested and finally absobsed.

Chappatis are mainly carbohydrates with some amount of proteins and fats. They are digested just like normal food is digested. The food passes through various parts of the digestive system and the nutrients are digested step-wise. Complete digestion occurs in the small intestine. The villi then absorb these end products and pass them to various parts of the body through the blood vessels.
