How did Helen help in the household chores ?

Helen Keller certainly did chores around the house. She learned to fold and put away the clean clothes, cleared the table, washed the dishes, and tidied up the rooms. This was in addition to the many social functions that she was expected to attend, as well as the letters that Helen was expected to write. Helen knew that she had to help with household chores, and she rather enjoyed it, especially making the beds, picking the flowers, and filling the water tank by starting and stopping the windmill. Helen believed that people should be mindful of the little almost unnoticed things of life which create the most happiness.
