how can we seperate fe sulphur while heating it??

Best way to separate iron and sulphur is magnetic separation. during heating of this mixture, Sulphur is melted before iron because the melting point of sulphur is very low as compared to iron and At 445oC it ignites and forms sulphur dioxide and Sulphur trioxide.So, Iron is separated from the mixture and Sulphur is obtained in the form of its oxide.
