How can we prove that no other heat engine can have efficiency greater than that of carnot engine?

A Carnot engine is an ideal engine because there is absolutely no friction between the walls of cylinder and the piston, and the working system is an ideal gas. But in real engine, these conditions cannot be fulfilled and hence no heat engine can have efficiency greater than that of Carnot engine.
