how can we preserve our food without using electricity that is a refrigerator that runs on a scientific principle but without electricity that means a working model that can preserve our food without electricity(for example water remains cool in surahi or pot due the the principle of evaporation so i want idea of some other scientific principle that can preserve our food without electricity or we can say fridge which can preserve food without electricity OR SOME OTHER SCIENTIFIC PRINCIPLE THAT CAN PRODUCE COOL AIR BY FREEZING OR COOLING WATER WITHOUT ELECTRICITY EFFECTIVELY ).PLEASE GIVE IDEAS RELATED TO CHEMISTRY AND PHYSICS

In ancient, it used to preserve food mostly in summers.
Now, you can use this idea and prepare the project basis your own research and understanding.
