how can we increase the secretions of any hormone such as in sulin?

Insulin levels are increased in the body when greater amounts of carbohydrates and fats are taken in food. Similarly, any hormone level gets increased in the body when the product it acts on gets increased in the body. Also different situations can lead to increase in levels of hormones. For example, in case of an emergency situation, the level of adrenalin gets increased in the body.
