how can we find the incidence angle if we are given only angle of refraction.what would be the refractive index if refracted angle is 48 degree and incident angle is 67 degree.

Expert Answer:

angle of incidence, i=670
angle of refraction, r=480
Refractive index,n= sin i/sin r
sini= sin670=0.9205
sinr =sin480=0.7431
n=(0.9205)/(0.7431)
   =1.23
