how can the blood group of a person determined?

For determining the blood group a simple blood test is done. The blood test is based on antigen-antibody interaction. For example in the case of a person with A blood group, the A antigen interacts with its specific antibodies that is anti-A antibodies, to give an agglutination reaction.
