hey please tel me what nature of image is indicated with +ve and -ve signs of image distance for both the mirrors and lenses?

The positive sign for image distance in case of lens suggests that the image is real and the negative sign suggests that it is virtual.
 
For a mirror the opposite is true. That is,
 
The positive sign for image distance in case of mirrors suggests that the image is virtual and the negative sign suggests that it is real.
