Any statement for which a definite truth value can be assigned is a mathematical statement.A mathematical statement is true if its truth value is true and false in case of false truth value.
For example
New Delhi is the capital of India is a true statement and india is the largest country of the world is a false statement.
Statements like Where is Delhi? Kota is far from here. Follow the queue etc are not mathematical statements
