hello topper, what is the difference between fleming's left hand and right hand rule? plz answer this as soon as possible

Fleming's left hand rule: Stretch the fore-finger, the middle finger and the thumb of the left hand mutually perpendicular to each other, if the fore finger points represents the direction of magnetic field, the middle finger the direction of current in the conductor, then the thumb gives the direction of motion of the conductor.
Fleming' right hand rule: Stretch the fore-finger, the middle finger and the thumb of the left hand mutually perpendicular to each other, if the central finger points in the direction of the current and the fore finger in the direction of field then the thumb will point in the direction of force acting on the conductor.
