hello sir i want to know that to balance the body we need center of mass or center of gravity?

Centre of gravity is the point through which the weight of the body acts. It is the point where the whole of mass of a bodyb may be supposed to be concentrated whereas centre of mass for any system is the point at which the whole of the mass of the body (system) may be considered to be acting for determining the effect of some external force.

The Centre of Mass of the system from centre of the big disc is? (I asked this question before but the answer was wrong. They took the Radius as R/2 while it is the Diameter)
