Dear Student

the angles of depression of first kilometres stone 450

Say height of the tower =h

the distance between the tower wnd the first kilometer stone =x

the angles of depression of first kilometres stone 450

tan 45= h/x   ===>  1=h/x ==> h=x----(1)

tan (30)= h/(x+1)= h/(h+1)

h/(h+1)= 1/3 ===>  h(1+ 1/3 ) =1/3

h= 1/(1+3)
