In triangle ACD also In triangle ACE
Tanα =h/a tan β=h/b
a = h/tanα b =h/tanβ
Now
(b-a) =h/tanα –h/tanβ
(b-a) = h(1/tanα -1/tanβ)…taking lcm
h =(b –a).tanα tanβ/tanα-tanβ
