The diagram given in NCERT of human heart is quite simplified. Once understood it can be drawn easily.
For drawing any figure of biology, you need to first of all understand its theory. In case of the figure of heart, the chambers of the heart and their features should be known. Also the blood vessels entering and leaving the different chambers of the heart, along with the regions they supply, should be understood before you attempt to draw the figure. Once you are thorough with the theory aspect, you will begin to find the figure easy to draw. Also remember that constant practice is needed to gain mastery over the figure.
The shape of the heart is triangular towards the base and not circular like a balloon. First draw the 4 chambers of the heart (remembering tips like the ventricle wall is thick whereas auricle wall is thin). Then draw the different blood vessels emerging from the heart.
Draw the figure once or twice every day for a week. Then you will be thorough with it.
