GIVE one possible alignment of vector B ,V and E such that a charged particles moving with velocity vector V show helical motion . none of the vectors are zero in magnitude

if B is making an angle to the Electric field E other that 90 and 0 then a charge will have a motion parallel to the electric field an also some component in other direction due to the magnetic field which will have some component perpendicular to the direction of motion of charge, causing a helical motion.
