If the velocity of an object changes (i.e. velocity is non- uniform) in each unit of time is constant, then the object is said to be moving with uniform acceleration. So, a body can have uniform acceleration with non uniform velocity.
Suppose an object moving vertically upwards with some velocity, after reaching at heights point its velocity becomes zero, object starts falling down and reaches ground with highest velocity. Here, the velocity is non-uniform but acceleration remains uniform.
