Expert Answer

Let R={(1,3), (3,1), (2,3), (3,2), (1,1), (2,2), (3,3)}

This relation is reflexive, symmetric but not transitive.

Since, (1,3), (3,2) belongs to R but (1,2) does not belongs to R.
