Explain share and share-holders means then market value and nominal value.

You can show a company and it has many share holders.
To explain at par, above par and below par value you can stick note of 100 which will indicate at par means MV=NV=100(note)
To show above par or at premium MV(110) > NV(100)
Below par or at a discount MV(90)
For dividend you can show if it is 10% will give you 10%×100=10.
