The basic components of most cells are same i.e. it shows cytoplasm, cell membrane and genetic material enclosed in nucleus or in the form of nucleoid. The eukaryotic cell shows organelles in cytoplasm.
But different cells differ from each other in terms of shape, size, special structures present within them etc. Again plant cells show outer cell wall which are absent in animal cells.
