From a minimum of three consecutive integers, one of them will surely be divisible by 3.
Note that the question is not clear cause the word 'consecutive' seems to be missing.

Example: If we take 3, 4,5, we have 3 as the required number.
If we take 4, 5, 6, we have 6 divisible by3, which is the required number.
If we take 100, 101, 102, we have 102 divisible by 3, which is the required number.

So, we can conclude that from a minimum of 3 integers we can say that one is divisible by 3.
