tn = [ 1+2+3+.. + n]/n = n (n+1) /2n = (n+1)/2
Sn = 
tn = [ n+1]/ 2 = 1/2[ n(n+1) / 2 + n] = 1/2 [n(n+1)/2 ] = n(n+1 ) / 4
