Find the volume of a book whose length is 12 cm, breadth is 6 cm and height is 2 cm.

Here, l = 12 cm, b = 6 cm and h = 2 cm

Since the book is in a shape of cuboid, we use the formula for the volume of cuboid.

Now, Volume of book = l x b x h

Thus, Volume = 12 x 6 x 2 = 144 cm3


Hence, the volume of the book is 144 cm3.
