Find the value of H

When the box is pushed by the force H then,
 
H - F = mxa           
where, F = Friction force acting in direction opposite to the motion
         a = acceleration = 0 m/s2
        m = mass of the box = 50 Kg.
therefore,
H = F..................(i)
 
Now when the box is pushed by 1.5H then,
 
1.5H - F = mxa1
 
a1 = Acceleration = 0.1 m/s2
 
From (i) we get,
1.5H - H = 50x0.1
 
ie, 0.5H = 5
thus, H = 10 N.
