The equation of the circle when the end points of the diameter are given is (x - ) (x - ) + (y - ) (y - ) = 0.

Hence the equation is (x + 3) (x - 2) + (y - 2) (y + 4) = 0

or x2 + x - 6 + y2 + 2y - 8 = 0

or x2 + y2 - x + 2y - 14 = 0
