The equations of the planes are:

2x – 2y + z + 3 = 0                                …(1) and
6x – 6y + 3z + 5 = 0                              …(2).
Perpendicular distance of the plane 2x – 2y + z + 3 = 0 from the origin is:

Perpendicular distance of the plane 6x – 6y + 3z + 5 = 0 from the origin is:
