Since we add at, b/t and c, the three terms, and the equate it to velocity, there dimensions must be the same.

Velocity [M⁰L¹T^-1]

Hence dimension of at must be that of velocity, and therefore dimensions of a velocity/time
Therefore, a = [M⁰L¹T^-1]/[M⁰L⁰T¹] = [M⁰L¹T^-2]

Similarly b = Velocityxtime

= [M⁰L¹T⁰]

and c = velocity = [M⁰L¹T^-1]
