Let P be the principal.
Simple interest obtained is Rs. 200
S I equals fraction numerator P cross times N cross times R over denominator 100 end fraction
rightwards double arrow 200 equals fraction numerator P cross times 2 cross times 10 over denominator 100 end fraction
rightwards double arrow P equals R s. space 1000
A equals P open parentheses 1 plus r over 100 close parentheses to the power of n
equals 1000 open parentheses 11 over 10 close parentheses squared
equals 1000 cross times fraction numerator 11 cross times 11 over denominator 10 cross times 10 end fraction
equals 1210
C I equals A minus P equals 1210 minus 1000 equals R s. space 210
