r = Radius of circumcircle = 3cm
We know that in a right angled triangle, the circumcentre is the mid-point of hypotenuse.
So, Hypotenuse = 2(r) = 2(3) = 6cm
Now, Altitude drawn to hypotenuse = 2cm
Then, area of triangle
Therefore, Area of the given triangle = 6cm2
