Find Distance(Reflection)

image of P(-3,4) in the line y=3 will be P1(-3,2). only y coordinate will change such that the length of perpendicular remains same for the point and its image.
image of P1 in y=x will be P2(2,-3)
now distance between P and P2 =(-3-2)2+(4-(-3))2 =
(25+49) =
74
