Since AC = BC
→(x+ 2)^{2} + (y + 8)^{2} = (x+ 3)^{2} + (y + 5)^{2}
→ x^{2} + 4x + 4 + y^{2} + 16y + 64 = x^{2} + 6x + 9 + y^{2} + 10y + 25
→ 2x - 6y - 34 = 0

→ x - 3y = 17
Hence, the relation between x and y is x = 3y + 17

^{2}= (x+ 3)

^{2}+ 16y + 64 = x
