sq root 10= 3.1622
sq root 11=3.3166
an irrational no is non terminating non repeating decimal, so one such no. between the sq roots can be
3.213245617..
you can write any no. of your choice with given criterion.
a rational no. can be 3.24
again you can write any no which is in the p/q form with p, q as integers and q not equal to zero.
