if we put x=-1 then value of this expression becomes zero i.e. x+1 is a factor of this expression

now you can divide this expression by x+1 ,you will get x2+12x+20

x2+12x+20 can also be factorised as (x+10) (x+2)

so the factors of given expression are (x+1) (x+2) (x+10)
