Explain the role of judiciary in implementing federalism?

Judiciary plays an important role by ensuring that the constitutional provisions and procedures related to federalism are implemented. In case any disputes arise between the centre and the state governments in this regard, the High Courts and the Supreme Court take a decision in confirmation with the provisions of the Constitution.
