Explain the racial policy of hitler

Hitler advocated the racial superiority of the Aryans. He wanted to establish the society of only pure and healthy Nordic Aryans. Due to this racial policy, many Jews, Gypsies and blacks living in Nazi Germany were discriminated and were exterminated. Russians and Poles were also considered as belonging to inferior race. When Poland and Russia was occupied by Germany, many civilians were forced to work as slaves.
Hitler believed in pseudoscientific theories of race according to which conversions was not a solution of the Jewish problems. Only their total elimination could solve the problem.
